One of the most memorable time after the birth of a baby is when new parents planning for the big brother or sister to see the little newborn sibling for the first time. These moments are worth documenting as they are the sweetest to remember.

I photographed the youngest newborn ever in the studio. Baby Ella was only a week when in studio and why I am very excited about this session? Usually, when you hear newborn studio session, it means lots of props, wraps, baskets, headbands… and many poses for both newborn and the new parents. However, this session was none of those scenarios that you might think of: no poses, no props. I just wanted parents to be comfortable and cuddly with their new baby so I can capture their first bonding experience.

When Bailey contacted me for her newborn session, right away we both know we can work together. She wanted me to capture thier new baby at their home in a very relaxed setting. “ Just an ordinary day, three of us together at our home.” She said

There are tons of websites, applications and free information that a pregnant mom can use and google every day, but I wanted to have access to few reliable sources only that don’t overwhelm me and give me just enough information in a limited time every day.

All of us know that some memories in our life are so unique that you can even think about skipping them without being photographed. The first event is wedding and the second one is birth. The real story, raw emotions, the last hours of waiting until you see the human that you gave life in your own body, these are just so beautiful that deserve to be documented for your family.
