I photographed the youngest newborn ever in the studio. Baby Ella was only a week when in studio and why I am very excited about this session? Usually, when you hear newborn studio session, it means lots of props, wraps, baskets, headbands… and many poses for both newborn and the new parents. However, this session was none of those scenarios that you might think of: no poses, no props. I just wanted parents to be comfortable and cuddly with their new baby so I can capture their first bonding experience.

I have decided to share the nursery designing tips and ideas. These are all ideas I saw and photographed during newborn/ family sessions. I hope new parents find the photos and ideas helpful.

If you are a mom, you are most likely familiar with Cake Smash Photo Sessions. Typically, these sessions take place in a studio with a set design, backdrop… , but in my opinion, it is just beyond awesome if baby can smash the birthday cake at home. This way, everything is so more real.

For couple of days, still I could not believe it, but I was just so excited and emotional about this experience. After having a blood test, and get the confirmation result again, fining an OB came to my mind, and here my story started that I like to share with you; I had such a stressful time to find an OB I like for almost 3 weeks, simply just because I did not know anything about the process of how to find an OB. I really don’t want any other pregnant moms, be in my shoes so hopefully future Toronto mom to be can go this way easier than I did.
